Projects

Sundance does projects of all sizes, ranging from basic service calls for minor problems, to full gut renovations. We especially like kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions.

Handyman

We provide an excellent Handyman service for most repeat clients and some new ones. This work is typically done on an hourly basis, but sometimes flat rate pricing is available, depending on the type of work.

Consultations

Dan personally does paid "pre-purchase" consultations for people looking to purchase a new house, or a paid "pre-construction" consult with homeowners seeking guidance on the feasibility of a project they are considering. Getting to know a contractor and making them part of your team early in either of those scenarios dramatically effects how smoothly and the project will go, and how long it will take to complete.
