A little bit about us…

Sundance Contracting LLC opened in 2006 and began work in Washington, DC, and based in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. 

Another division began in 2010 serving the Southwest area of Florida. 

Both companies are full service General Contractors partnering with top notch tradesmen, and self performing construction work & project management. Specializing in homes from the 1920’s in Florida, and even older in Washington DC, they are known for excellent communication and professionalism. They are experts with tremendous experience & skill.

Dan Benjamin is the Principle for both divisions.
