Sundance does projects of all sizes, ranging from basic service calls for minor problems, to full gut renovations. We especially like kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions.

Handyman

For projects costing less than $5000, we provide a "handyman service" on an hourly basis, which many of our repeat clients make use of a few times per year.

Consultations

Dan personally does paid "pre-purchase" consultations for people looking to purchase a new house, or a paid "pre-construction" consult with homeowners seeking guidance on the feasibility of a project they are considering. Getting to know a contractor and making them part of your team early in either of those scenarios dramatically effects how smoothly and the project will go, and how long it will take to complete.
