A little bit about us…

Sundance Contracting is owned by Dan Benjamin and has been the premier home improvement contractor on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC for more than 15 years, and been a homeowner & resident on the hill for more than 20 years.

Dan has partnered in business with Lisa Shaffer of the Capitol Hill based design firm Lisa & Leroy for the past 20 years - renovating 9 properties together for profit. Both firms have worked on 100’s of homes and have a vast knowledge of historic DC and ability to maximize spaces and investments.
